Thailand Elite Visa
Thailand Elite Visa (Thailand National Benefit Privilege Card) is a visa launched by the Thai Government for high-income person. In addition to the long-term residence rights of 5, 10, 15 and 20 years, the elite visa holders can also enjoy a lot of benefits, such as VIP service, a fast entry channel, private car pick-up and drop-off, an airport VIP lounge, free golf, spa massage, free medical examinations, discounts on hotel meals.

Thailand Retirement Visa
Conditions
(1). Over 50 years old.
(2). Thai bank deposit of THB 800,000. (bank letter or statement certificate required)
(3). One-year lease in Thailand. (Copy of owner’s ID card and title deed)
(4). Or real estate contract.
(5). Two photos of 4×6 cm.
(6) Two Thai witnesses.
Application Steps
(1). The applicant goes to Thailand in person and holds a 60-day stay visa.
(2). Go to Thailand to open a personal bank account with a deposit of THB 800,000.
(3). Collect all documents and go to the Immigration Bureau for progress.
(4). If the deposit certificate is less than two months, first apply for a non-O visa for a three-month visa, and then transfer to a 12-month retirement visa after two months.
Assistance Application Fee
– New application agency fee: THB 40,000 (including immigration application fee)
– Two Thai witnesses: THB 10,000
– Assistance in opening a bank account: THB 10,000
– Exemption from coming to the immigration office in person: THB 40,000
– Second year renewal fee: THB 20,000
Note: Apply for renewal 21 days before the expiry date of the second year.
